Webinar | Impacting your Hospital's Bottom Line

How can the rev cycle and materials management departments team together to generate significant impact to a hospital’s bottom line?  Through applying leading practices including data cleansing and better coordinating sourcing and charge capture efforts, hospitals can increase revenue, reduce costs and have better visibility to their data in order to sustain the improvements.

This webinar will review a case example and walk through how improved data visibility can lead to cost reduction and then can enable the rev cycle team to capture incremental patient charges.  Listeners will receive leading practices that they can apply at their hospital to make immediate impact.
