Mike has over 20 years of experience in the supply chain world, both as a consultant and as an industry practitioner. Currently at U.S. Bank Mike leads the Processes and Systems group within the Corporate Procurement function. His group is chartered to drive efficiencies into the U.S. Bank procurement processes focusing on the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities. Mike also has held various procurement leadership positions at U.S. Bank including sourcing, supplier management and supplier diversity.
Amy Friedman
Senior Manager, Customer Success, Ketera Technologies
Amy is responsible for driving customers’ success in training, implementation and adoption of Ketera Sourcing. She also works with Ketera’s Products team in making sure that customer product feedback gets visibility and consideration in product reviews.
